I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guardian Life (Bethlehem, PA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn or their website. Was contacted by their HR rep via phone. Was asked to come in within the next week or two for 4 interviews, all 1 to 1 30 minute. They were very friendly people. Some were dry (boring). I never heard back after the interview.

Question 1
Was asked to explain my Business Ethics class (was on resume) and give some examples of what is covered in class.
I interviewed at Guardian Life (New York, NY) in Jun 2020
Interview
It was very laid back, nothing too formal. The interviewers asked basic questions about my resume and asked me to explain my accomplishments. They always asked if you had any questions at the end.
I applied online. I interviewed at Guardian Life (Bethlehem, PA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I arrived at the office with a letter, that was e-mailed to me one-two weeks prior, of who would be interviewing me from the company, along with their titles. They were all actuaries. There were three 30 minute interviews. It was a very comforting conversation-like experience. There were no generic interview questions. They each skimmed through my resume and asked me about things that caught their eyes. It's great to see they truly want to get to know their candidates in a very natural environment. By natural, I mean no scenario "Tell me about a time when..." questions or "how many pennies fit in the empire state building" questions. Best interview experience I've had with an insurance company.
