The whole interview process took about a month until I recieved an offer. Applied on their website and had a phone screen with the GH recruiter about a week after. Then was scheduled for a call with the hiring manager. After that was a take home exercise which you are given 2 days to complete. Next step was a 4 hour onsite interview where you meet with different team members. I know it seems long but it actually goes by quick. They really care about culture so they definitely want to make sure they hire the right person! Be prepared for a lot of behavioral questions and remember to always be good at telling a story. Overall, this was definitely one of the longest and most challenging interviews I have been on but Greenhouse makes sure that your experience is a positive one from start to finish!

They were very good about quick follow-up and moving you through the process. Have you complete an at home project which takes about 1-2 hours to complete. Then a 3 hour interview via webex. Ultimately didn't get the job. Was emailed a week later that they were going in a different direction. The 3 hour interview is way too long a process for a candidate to go through at once.
