Interview with hiring supervisor with questions on experience, skills, reasons for any employment gaps, strengths/weaknesses. Then toured the department with showing what the position was like that I was applying for. Make sure to wear pants not shorts with shoes not sandals so that way if they want to give you a tour they can take you out on the floor.
