First was Aptitude ,then next is Group discussion- bd last one is Interview round. Aptitude includes mcq questions regarding Quant, English and Writing essay on given topic. The in GD u have given a small social/economy/business related topic. Each person is given 5 minutes to put their views. Last is interview round, interview lasts for 30-40 min. Various market related questions are asked.
