After I submit my application, I had to complete a questionnaire with short answers related to ESG-related experience. Then I was called for a 30 minute interview. After my follow up interview, they offered me the job.

2 rounds of interviews with 2 rounds of cases. For the cases, you have to analyze sustainability reports based on a spreadsheet of criteria. Wasn't bad and they're very transparent.
