Initial interview and then secondary interview. Detailed feedback provided - which is a positive! Friendly staff in all cases and some good points in the feedback. However they provided feedback suggesting lack of detailed knowledge in the subject matter and general answers given. The level of detail given to a question is correlated with the questions asked and the follow-up questions based on that. I would recommend the interviewers review their interview questions if they want further detail. Valid answers to questions can range from 1 word to an essay depending on the question raised. Given they work in R&D this is a particularly bad place to fall down on... hence the negative review.
