There were two interviews, one on the phone and one in person. They asked the normal interview questions, like weaknesses, and why you want the job, etc.
The second interview involved a packaging test. Would've been grateful for a warning. I don't think I did too well with it but still managed to get an offer.
Then after the design test, I had my second interview in person with the bosses. They were very extroverted and frat-boy like. The initial impression from the interview, I got was that they often had all nighters. The workers there were chill and quiet.
This was in the end of 2022, and so things may have changed now.
