Interview process was good. Many stages but I felt like it gave me great insight into the role and organisation. Which is really important to me. Lots of really really great questions, that were challenging at times.

4 rounds, phone, in person site visit interview half day of interviews, break in between, culture fit, strategy, leadership, experience, case study, scenario based questions, generic personal questions about myself like strengths and weaknesses
the process lasted 6–8 weeks and includes a recruiter screen, phone/video interviews, potential case or presentation, multiple onsite rounds focused on skills and culture fit, and a final hiring committee decision.
