Easy interview. Everything that you would expect from an interview. Arrived on time and went through paperwork process. Easy. They did not offer me a job but I did not want one anyway.
4 rounds, phone, in person site visit interview half day of interviews, break in between, culture fit, strategy, leadership, experience, case study, scenario based questions, generic personal questions about myself like strengths and weaknesses
the process lasted 6–8 weeks and includes a recruiter screen, phone/video interviews, potential case or presentation, multiple onsite rounds focused on skills and culture fit, and a final hiring committee decision.
