Interview
Basic culinary skills like culinary, manners, management if any, presentation. There was a phone screening by the agency, then the company, then 1:1 with the Chef. It was then followed by a panel interview
Really cool, amazing guy. Didn't realize what this job was at first but I use Google a lot. Great work, the amazing culture I would love another chance. Pretty normal interview experience for a chef.
