phone interview and follow up in-person interviews with the manager and the other staff. Many types of questions. the groups interview with the other staff was interesting. They all had questions that focused on other areas of the department. i got to know more about the job from this interview. everyone seemed to be mission-focused and care about what they do. know the mission and know what all Goodwill does before interviewing.

Multiple on site interviews with management and executive staff. Tour of facilities. In depth discussion of challenges. Meetings with staff and other department directors. Thorough reference check process. Tough interview process.
Unorganized, the process was shuffled through and I felt like I was leading or coaching the interview process. The person interviewing candidates was clearly nervous not prepared well at all.

4 panel interview for an administrative role. Thought that was a little intense but it was fine. Felt comfortable during the interview process. Background and drug screen process was an easy process.
