Interview
The interview process consisted of a nice conversation regarding my experience. I was able to answer most technical questions. We also discussed what type of projects are covered within the firm. The benefits mentioned were not that good overall. The medical insurance does not have good coverage as they do not cover vision or dental. Also the 401k match is very low. Near 1%.
It was on line the interview was with two people. One of them was a partner. I was asked technical questions an my ability to work with auto cad and bim or Revit.
