I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Global University Systems (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
Very easy, was recruited through the agency office angles.
Wasn't a proper interview. So relaxed.
Filled in a bounce of paper work. Was interviewed, then received a phone call and started the following week.

Question 1
What role are you looking for?
What experience do you have working with students?
Have you worked with reaching targets before? (as a student adviser you don't really have direct targets, but they do need you to recruit as many as possible)
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Global University Systems (London, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was HORRIBLE. A group interview with about 40 other people that was supposed to last 3 hours. The first thing we did was stand up ONE AT A TIME to do an introduction, aka it took about 2 hours for everyone to say their name and then answer three required questions about themselves. THEN we had to do a "group activity" that seemingly had nothing to do with the job we applied for (the simulation was about working at Primark). All of the groups stood up and gave the exact same solution. We were supposed to have a second part that included individual interviews, but the first part took so long, we had to reschedule to come back later in the week. SO unorganized. Not to mention, the only time you got to talk during the entire group "interview" was when you introduced yourself and maybe when your group stood up, if you got the chance. However, that means they basically judged you on your resume and your ability to say your name. And I wasted an entire afternoon (plus another half hour for the individual interview).
