The interview process started with a phone screening with the recruiter and the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview with the finance team. The finance team at Glassdoor is extremely bright and passionate about their mission. My onsite interview was with 6 different members of the team and I did not have one bad experience. They really take the time to make sure the position is a fit with your career goals and objectives. All the interviewers were extremely considerate and respectful through the whole process, making for an enjoyable and enlightening experience.
