I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Gila Corporation (Austin, TX)
Interview
Interviews were simple when I first started. Depending on the position, you can have a phone interview with a recruiter who will most likely pump up the position, followed by an in person interview which may be one person or 2 people.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you did "xyz"? What did you do to make sure you met your goal?
I applied online. I interviewed at Gila Corporation (Austin, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was fairly easy in terms of how the questions were structured. You will clearly get asked about your work background or overall experience dealing with the public. How will you deal or handle stressful situations. I will suggest to never add humor to your responses. Overall, they are not trying to make it difficult. The interview was no more than 40 minutes.

Describe one time you had to overcome a situation without the assistance of a manager?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gila Corporation (Austin, TX) in May 2014
Interview
I was contacted to interview at their headquarters. We talked about salary, which they made an offer much lower than we discussed. I declined the offer because I found a better paying job. These people did not seem to have their stuff together.

Question 1
Just asked about my background and experience. What I have accomplished, which is a lot. They seemed eager to hire, and were not picky at all.
