Skype Interview. Very straightforward process and friendly staff. I had a formal interview followed by a technical exercice. I started by introducing myself and presenting my experience. I have 15 minutes to complete the exercise before the interview started.
The interview went pretty well, I was asked basic behavioral questions about where I've worked before and my experience there, I was also given a topic of a particular subject and was asked how I'd teach it? It went pretty well , etc

Interview
It was simple and to the point. They asked to demonstrate how I can manage to explain something accurately and briefly. The idea was that in order to tend to every student's needs, I had to be able to show I can explain a complex process or topic in simple terms. For example, it was important to know how to use comparisons yet at the same time, include as many important details as possible to get the message across.
