Interview
The phone interview began with the interviewer asking technical background information, then behavioral questions. The technical questions focused on years of experience with SharePoint and SQL. Overall, the interview questions were pretty standard and communicated clearly.

very easy and simple to navigate nothing too challenging about it I woudl recommend to others and I think theres a very simple component of just understanding behaviorals during the process
Remote Zoom with 2-3 people and they sent a lot of packets of information about the company. They were very friendly but follow a structured set of questions - one from HR and another from the department.

Lots of Teams meetings with various managers. All seemed very nice but ultimately went a different direction. Interviewers didn't know all the aspects of the job. I think the direct staff were very friendly.
