Called for an interview by HR based in Australia after 3 weeks from application. Arranged for a 1st phone round interview with the Hiring Manger.
We spoke about my technical qualifications, job history/experience and personal strengths/weaknesses.
I interview was positive and the hiring manager informed me that he is keen to arrange for a 2nd round where he would fly down to Singapore to conduct a face to face interview.
I waited 4 weeks and no email or phone call received. I see the job posting changed to a lower position and then changed back the same position. It is not professional to waste my time and even have the courtesy inform me so they are no longer interested so that I can pursue other opportunities.
I will definitely take note of this for future reference (if I am ever your customer, or have to do business with you).
