I appreciate that the people that interview you are the people that you are going to work with. They ask normal questions and really want to get to know you. They realize that you will be an intern so they ask situational and behavior question. Very straight forward and no tricky questions.

Tell me of a time that you have had to deal with a difficult situation and how did you approach it ?
I was contacted by a recruiter by text, who set up time for interview. The interview was on Skype with a hiring manger who would become my manager. The interview lasted for around 30 minutes and was about the projects on my resume and my past experiences.

Describe an obstacle you encountered in your most recent experience and how you overcame it.
Simple process involving an email to setup the interview which was a phone interview. Got the decision back quickly and the process began early in October for a summer internship.

They went line by line through my resume, asking about projects and group work. Not as many behavioral questions as I expected.

Phone screen was 30 minutes. Talked about past experiences. Not very technical. Learned what the job requirements were and daily tasks. Learned company culture. Learned the expectations of interns and daily duties
