Had 3 interviews with hr and team lead and with the team in general. I thought they went pretty well, they talked about 2 different roles for me. Then I was ghosted, no information at all. I emailed the HR recruiter, and no reply.

Recruiter was professional. The managers who interviewed me were professional and welcoming. The only thing that was a little over the top is how they require employer references from over 5 years. That is the only part of the process that held up the job offer.
