Phone screen followed by interviews by 4 different people at different levels in the organization. it took 2 days and 2 hours each day for the phone interviews.
They went well, however, I was interviewing for the position from PA and i am guessing they hired a local candidate.

Very behavioral questions. Almost no technical questions, but asked about my previous experiences and how it could relate to the position at Genentech.

One interview with the manager, mostly behavioral and minimal technical questions. Be prepared with your schoolwork and what extracurricular you have related to the role. Not much stress and got the role.
