I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Gemba Advantage (London, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
The process took just over a month, from the end of August to the start of October. I was in contact with the recruiter, Amber, throughout. She made everything clear and always kept me updated. Both interviews were professional and stuck closely to the topics outlined in the email, so there were no surprises.
The first interview was about an hour and focused on company values. The second interview, which was just over two hours, covered technical experience. I felt very comfortable asking questions during both interviews and always received helpful answers, even when the sessions slightly overran. After the second interview, I received feedback quickly, which I really appreciated.
