Interview
Zunächst wurde der eigene Lebenslaufes präsentiert. Im Anschluss einige Fragen über das Unternehmen. Es wurde erfragt, ob man die Tätigkeiten der beworbenen Stelle und die Tätigkeit des Unternehmens verstanden hat.

Question 1
Erzählen Sie mir über ein Thema, das Sie momentan in den Medien verfolgen.
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.

What skills do you have that you believe to be helpful to you being successful in this role?
3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a phone call with a recruiter. 2nd and 3rd stages were competency and character based questions focused around a career in sales and at Gartner.
