a friend of mine, recruiter, kept asking me if I was interested in going to an interview with garmin; I eventually caved in and in a couple of days I was asked to participate at the interview; I disliked their interview process, because they kept saying that since I'm working at my current company, then they know I know my stuff and they don't need to inquire technology stuff. I wished all my lousy colleagues got hired with them instead.

Interview
First round is with recruiter, second with multiple Managers /Team Leads and third interview with local CEO. They want to keep the interviews at their office in person. There are some exceptions from this rule meaning they can organize remote interviews.

Interview
The entire process took about 5 weeks from start to finish. I met with several leaders over 4 or 5 different interview sessions, including going on-site for the final interviews.
