Interview
I had an initial face to face interview with the store manager, she wanted me to have two follow up phone interviews with other store managers. Her reasoning for this is great, it ensures that the candidate is truly a good fit for the position rather than hiring someone just based on need. The interviews are conducted with the stores best interest and overall a very pleasant experience.

Question 1
"Do you understand the value to the company of the programs that are in place and opportunities offered to the customer?"
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
