GIGIL (Phillipines) interview questions

Contacted the recruiter directly, who promptly scheduled a quick call with HR that lasted around 5 minutes or so. After having my profile endorsed, I was interviewed by the hiring manager who asked me fairly simple questions about the ad industry, my hobbies and interests, how my experience could contribute to the company, what I knew about GIGIL, etc. Got the offer two days after my interview.

Very easygoing! They let you yap, there's no rigid interview structure which you should take advantage of to showcase your creativity. They asked me about the Idea Test, parts of my resume relevant to the role, why I applied for the internship.
