Interview was pretty smooth. It is a normal everyday conversation with panel. They make you comfortable and ask your past experiences. If the relevant experience is matches the profile. They usually go ahead with the process.

4 rounds. It has for rounds. Will ask about you education.lot of questions about estimations swot pestle porters five forces. Followed by advisor, associate director, director and then hr. The culture is good. But increments and appraisals are not.

Interview was very brief and lots of questions were based on the conditions of specific markets in India along with some basic HR questions. Questions regarding particular types of analysis like SWOT and all was asked too.
