Interview
First I got an email saying that they wanted to invite me to the regional office for a computer test. When I arrived there were nine other applicants waiting. All but three passed the test. Next is an interview with HR. There were a lot of self-reflective questions and questions about past work experiences. I would say to have at least three negative and positive experiences on hand to tell. The third part was a shadow session with someone working in the sales department and right after that there is a one on one interview with the manager for that department. The process is very long and drawn out. I had to go up to the regional office five separate times trying to get everything done. They did not offer me the sales position, but I got a call back saying they wanted me in customer service and I accepted.
It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

Interview
It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
