They were very friendly, the interview consisted of a simulation call center where you enter customer info, its a multi tasking exercise, you have like 5 minutes before to get comfortable with the software program, after that there was a typing test to see how many mistakes you make. i wasnt expecting this at all! I felt like i was testing to work in a call center!
After the testing, i did a 1:1 interview and was asked the basic behavioral questions, i was informed i would have to work in all 4 areas including the call center and be in the top 10% in each to move on to a supervisory role.
I was called back in a couple days to inform me that i wasnt selected, even if they would have offered me the job i would have declined, i just didnt like the environment or the job once i heard the details.
