Interview
The process was very easy to me. I passed the typing/multi-tasking portion then moved on to the face to face interview. After passing that I moved along to the role playing portion of the interview which was the easiest part for me. Finally I was taken upstairs to shadow a current employee where afterwards I was interview by the hiring supervisor. My advice is to be yourself and be interested in the job.

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Interview
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
