I completed the application, and a few days later I received an email to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was scheduled for two days later and lasted about 30 minutes. After the prescreen, it took about a week to receive another email asking me to schedule an in-person interview. A few days after the interview, I was told that I was not selected for the November class but that I would be placed on a waitlist for the next training class.
On 11/18, I received a call from my recruiter stating that they would like me to start in the January training class. I was officially offered the position, negotiated my salary, and two days later received my official offer letter. I then began the background check, which was completed and cleared on 11/25.
