Interviewed at a conference & I had an offer from GE Lighting and I was interviewing to switch businesses so it was a little bit different than most: One on one interview, mostly behavioral questions, really quick (took about 10-15 minutes) but that was because the recruiter & I had talked a lot at the company's booth before we went to interview Very simple process, was told that I seemed qualified for the job and I would be recommended for the program right after we finished our interview Got a call from the recruiter the next week with a couple of follow up questions & received my written offer maybe a week later GE's standard reply (whether you accept or not) is 2 weeks, so a pretty quick turn around.
