Interview
The whole process was standard for internships and graduate applications. They select most of their grads from the intern pool so this is the best way into the FMP or RMP programs. It started with online application, then moved on to phone interview, psychometric testing, then assessment centre. A C had group exercises and one one on one interview, and a couple of written tests from memory.

Behavioral for first round and super day, a lot of questions that are "why GE" specific since this is a competitive program and really trains you to know GE inside and out.

Interview
Process was easy. I was referred by a current employee which helped a lot. I wasn't sure if I wanted to work here but woman in HR was nice and thought it would be a good experience. Phone interview was most behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. A few technical questions about excel skills but other than that pretty simple. Was offered a job a few days later
