The interview process was long and had many variations, but it was easy to understand the goals and skills they were looking for. They allowed me to apply without full knowledge of a specific 3D program and gave me the opportunities to learn it while I applied. A few projects were requested to test my skill level, but they responded quickly with feedback and moved me along to the final stages.
