Very generic, text book questions fro mthe panel, they wasted my time by taking the interview and then telling me that they cannot select me due to no experience in UAE

Do you have experience working in UAE, that also after wasting my time for 3 hrs they asked this at the end.

Interview
Two rounds of techincal interview.
First with technical architect of the company. Second was through a consultation company, bar raiser I think, following with the final round of interview with the founder of the company.
