Interview
I applied online and got an email to set up a group interview where I would be interviewing with up to 6 other people. The interview was a bit nerve racking but after a few questions I felt comfortable. We did sales activities and role play which was fun. Overall it wasn't an easy interview but not too hard .
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier (Kingman, AZ)
Interview
Job fair - Huge amount of applicants go through an "assembly line" of different interviewees. Be prepared to see at least 3-5 different employees asking you questions and administering tests. This will take all day.

Question 1
Role playing as a manager calls you on the telephone from another room. Not only is this to test your "professionalism" on answering the call and attempting to make a sale; it is also to see if your voice is pleasing to hear.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frontier (Allen, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Began with a group interview, felt like the company was checking possible candidates for assertiveness and participation.Understandable.In my case all applicants were called back for individual interviews.Felt the process was a bit tedious for the minimal opportunity offered here.
