Department heads took the interview - 5 people. It was pretty smooth and the people were warm and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable. Questions were related to my CV and my skills.
HPLC question, when and how exactly to use it in research. What is the challenges and how to overcome them. Teamwork experience and what did I learn from it. What is my largest mistake and how to correct it.
