Standard panel interview. One representative from HR, and two from MIS. The interview lasted about an hour. Since I was not in Phoenix, it was done over video conferencing. The interview featured standard questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, etc). Got an informal offer two weeks later, offer letter three weeks after the fact.
