I applied online, and within 1 1/2 weeks I received a phone call to schedule interview which was 2 days later. The lady in HR was very nice and helpful. One thing I will say is pay attention to the signs leading up to the building, i.e. speed limits. They will ask you what the sign said to see if you are observant.

They asked why I wanted to leave my current, they asked why I wanted to work for them. Pretty typical questions. However, I was interviewed by 4 people.

Interview
I applied online, about a month later they called to set up a WebX interview, about a week after that they gave me a conditional offer, a week afterwards I was scheduled to go to the Bagdad clinic for a medical exam and drug screen. About a week after the clinic visit I was told that I was clear to work and were to expect a phone call from Freeport to give me a start date. Still waiting on the start date.
