Really positive interview process even though I was not ultimately selected. Communication was clear and timely, the panel were able to be flexible on the date as I had prior commitments I could not get out of, and the interview itself felt appropriately pitched, the questions were thoughtful, and the panel were friendly and personable. I was given a call in the agreed time frame and given plenty of information regarding why I was not selected on this occasion (more qualified candidate), as well as given positive feedback on my performance. I would / will definitely reapply given the opportunity.
