I applied online and was contacted by their HR through email. I was told that I would be first interviewed by their graphic design team (2) and that the interview usually last 1-2 hours. The interview was quite casual and relaxed. The the two members wanted to see if I had the skills and such for the position. After some time, I emailed the HR to see how it was going, and was told that the manager has gone with someone else.
