Very formatted questions designed more to see how you respond rather than allow you to present yourself. Clearly these had been designed to keep all the interviews the same, while trying prevent interviewer bias, but had the [unintentional?] effect of stifling any real engagement between the interviewers and interviewee.
was a good process. i felt that the questions were fair and the hiring mgr was able to give me adequate time. overall a nice experience and i would give it an 8 out of 10.
