I applied online after being referred by a connection who worked there. The interview went great and they were extremely welcoming and friendly. They asked tough but fair questions. When I left, I was told someone would be in touch within 1-2 weeks. That time came and went so I reached out to a woman from HR who set up the interview. She told me to wait til the end of the week and if I didn't hear anything by then, then "please reach out to me". Still nothing... I emailed twice and called with no response. I was very disappointed, not only because I was very excited, but because of how unprofessional that was. As a recent grad on the job hunt, this is far too common but really makes me appreciate the bare minimum of an emailed rejection.
