Had two pleasant interviews. People were nice, open and casual. It was more about the culture fit than the content itself. It was not tough interview and atmosphere was relaxed.

Interview
Two remote behavioural & experience interviews and a third in-person interview.
The 1st interview is with HR recruiter and it was very open in terms of sharing information and aligning on expectations.
2nd interview was with the line manager and a team member.
3rd interview was on-site with adjacent team member from wider compliance group and a senior manager.
Questions revolved around candidate's experience, motivation, goals or expectations and knowledge of relevant trading regulations and surveillance practices.

To explain key market abuse practices under market abuse regulation.
A very experienced set of compliance officers sit down with you for multiple stages. Starts with a phone interview with an in-house recruiter, then two or three compliance officers, and then finally a meeting with the chief compliance officer.
