The interview process was smooth and well coordinated. I was approached via LN by their internal recruiter and as I was interested I got to schedule a short call with the CEO. We got along well and needed some more time to discuss so we scheduled another call. In the meantime we scheduled another call with the current SM. Both round 2 and 3 went well. The persons involved were kind and professional. I've received the offer within 2 days from the last round. It was a difficult decision, but decided not to go for the change.
