Had two interviews, One with managers who didn't even work in that store. They tried to make me a sales associate instead of the job I applied for (key holder). We had to meet at a different location because the back room was a complete mess. The second interview I had with the part-time store manager and she hired me on the spot as a key holder.

Store was opening so the hiring event was fast and easy, a lot of people were applying then and everybody was waiting to be called. The questions were fast and easy. The managers were nice and ready to get everybody processed.

Questions are straightforward. They'll touch on your work experience, how you handle conflict, etc. Both the GM and DM may be present for a mgmt interview. Do your research on the company and how it was started - the company takes a lot of pride in their family friendly atmosphere and prices.
