Very quick and easy, the manager was really easy to talk to and sweet, she wasn't rude or rushed me on anything and made me feel comfortable, the interview wasn't long it took about 3 minutes.

Interview
It was an in person interview that consisted of the usual questions pertaining to the role. It was very simple and straight forward and was offered the job immediately after.
Five Below's interview process is relaxed and friendly. You’ll meet a store manager, answer simple retail and availability questions, discuss teamwork, and get feedback. The process feels straightforward and efficient.
