Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter. She asked me about my work experience and why I was interested in the job. She gave me a chance to ask questions in the middle of the interview, but then became very pushy and dismissive, so I cut myself off after asking about half of the questions I had prepared. At the end of the interview, she seemed like she was surprised I was letting it end so quickly. Very strange.

Interview
First was a phone interview followed by being flown out and interviewing 4 different people in person. The whole process made for a very long day. They asked all sorts of questions about skills as well as situational questions.
