Interview
I interviewed with Human Resources and the Operations Manager on the same day. The interview was approximately 2 hours long. I was an employee referral, and they needed someone right away. Although I was not experienced, I was very presentable, smart, and trainable, so they hired me.

Question 1
The questions were related to the job. Have you ever worked in Operations before? Do you know transit? Do you understand Unions? They were easy questions because I was a shoo-in.
