Fidelity Group interview questions

There were three interview stages. The first was with the divisional head, the second was with the panel and the last was with the Executive Director. The first interview held after work hours. It was simple and straight forward. The second was with a panel. I was told to come fully dressed for the last one as I wore a casual dress. They asked about my technical competence and also made an offer on the spot.

Had an interview with the HR department. The next day I had an interview with the hiring manager. Asked regular interview and behavioral based questions to see if I would be a good fit for the job. Left the interview feeling good and one hour later got a call back from the HR department asking how everything went and turns out ibwas being selected for the job. Overall a good interview process and rather quick.
